The Michigan Department of Civil Rights – Division of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Seeks Input on Rules Governing Qualified Interpreters. The Division of Deaf and Hard of Hearing will conduct a public hearing to receive comment on Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Michigan School for the Deaf, 1235 W. Court Street, Flint, Michigan. Signed, oral, written or ASL video comments may be presented in person at the public hearing. Written comments may also be submitted by mail to DODHH-Public Comment, 201 N. Washington Square, Lansing, Michigan 48913; email at; or by facsimile 517-335-7773. Signed videos may be submitted by email as attachments. All written input must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2014.
